NOFP specializes in custom cut expanded polystyrene for packaging, insulation, construction, architectural, and unique proprietary designs. NOFP uses state of the art hot wire cutting that is custom designed for a variety of square or rectangular blocks, pads or sheets. In addition, we have electronically controlled cutting equipment that can custom cut your unique design from architectural molding to lost pattern molds for refractory repair.

Construction

  • Perimeter Insulation

    • Any range of thickness, width, and length can be manufactured to provide the needed insulation requirement. NOFP can also laminate an integrated vapor barrier to one or both sides for added water resistance.

  • Flute Filler

    • NOFP EPS Flute Filler is custom cut to match the profile of the metal roofing flutes on your building when engaged in a building retrofit. Flute Filler strips make roof retrofit easier and provides the support under the new roofing material. NOFP matches your custom cut or square cut EPS Flute Filler to the exact size requirement to fit any size flute. In addition, the custom cut NOFP EPS Flute Filler fills the entire flute space with high performance insulation that improves the energy efficiency and resiliency or your new roof. As an economical option, Square cut NOFP EPS Flute Filler insulation is an alternative method to smooth out profiled roof decks while also providing additional insulation value to all of your roofing projects.

Contour Cutting
NOFP’s computer controlled hot wire cutting system allows us to duplicate any line pattern with consistent, smooth cuts on the most intricate designs. NOFP also hot wire cuts and contour cuts polyethylene foam and extruded polystyrene to customer specifications.

Packaging

Corner Protectors

  • Used to slip over corners to offer protection during Shipping. Great for protecting windows.
