POUCHES

1. Foam/film laminated pouches provide strength and durability. They also are moisture and puncture resistant. Glass products and bumpers are often shipped in these sturdy pouches.

2. Polyethylene (PE) foam and polypropylene pouches are the least expensive pouch product we have available. These durable pouches help eliminate scratching and rubbing of products. The cushioning value of foam pouches increases with the thickness of the foam used. Chrome plated parts and cosmetics are much safer when shipped in foam.

3. Polyspun fabric pouches are lightweight, very strong and tear resistant. Polyspun pouches are recommended for packing heavier parts such as chains, automotive products and machinery parts.

4. Bubble pouches provide excellent cushioning value because of the trapped air in the walls of the pouch. Use these pouches for protecting electronics (such as calculators and cameras) and automotive seats.

5. Insulated foil pouches are ideal for shipping medical supplies and candies (especially chocolates), or any item needing protection from the heat or the cold. Foil pouches can be laminated with an inner liner of bubble material or many types and thicknesses of foam for added cushioning and/or insulation.

6. A bubble sleeve is very similar to the bubble pouch though sealed only on two sides. Long slender products like vacuum sweeper handles slip easily into the sleave offering excellent cushioning value as well as ease of use.

These labor-saving pouches can be ordered with a self-sealing strip and are custom made to your specifications in a wide variety sizes and materials.
